
SPC Supervisor training
This three-day course provides a thorough overview of how to perform and evaluate the Capability and controls machines and processes in an optimal way in the manufacturing industry. We will look at the statistics and technology behind it, perform Capability studies, start up a control diagram, calculate control limits, analyze the results and show interesting examples from real studies. The course also contains several practical measuring exercises with calipers and test pieces and also a section with Data analysis of the statistics we obtain. We will discuss implementation strategies, appropriate routines, machines or processes to start with. It is an interesting course with many angles and ideas. The course is aimed at people who will act as supervisors, routine writers and leaders who want to gain a better insight into the processes they lead.
